A Video for you, Far Visions: Oil Pastel and Acrylic.
Spring is coming. First, an Update. My computer died in early December. I now have a new one, with my info back, and still learning all that it can do. November I hurt my left hand, and I’m a lefty artist/writer, while attempting to cut some hard, small watermelons. I’ll see a neurologist for that March 12th. Later December I took an online painting class to try new techniques. Two large paintings created a tear in my shoulder rotator cuff. The new techniques were a lot of horizontal movements! I remember saying that I feel like I’m painting ‘ruthlessly’!! We laughed! The result is that I’m in physical therapy twice a week for that one!
So I’m looking forward to a healed body, painting and drawing with my left hand again, and flowing easily in my body and life. Long ago, when my older cousin broke his arm, my Mom in her wisdom, told him to see himself in a month or two from now. He will be healed, playing basketball again, and enjoying life in every way. I’m taking her advice. She should have written some books back then with her view of life.
So I thought I’ll share a video with you of a time when my lefty hand was working flawlessly. Have fun and give it a try!
